Come and join me for some flowy yoga. This class has been inspired by Hatha, vinyasa and yin styles of yoga. We will connect to the breath, calm the mind, strengthen and lengthen the body.
You can expect breath-work, asanas and meditation for a full Yogic experience.
Accessible for all levels, so don't worry if your a complete beginner or regularly visit your mat.
Mats and blocks provided, so just pop on some comfortable clothing and bring some water.
Arrive a few minutes early so you can arrive on your mat ready to start the class.
