What happens at this event?

The word Yoga in Sanskrit translates to 'yoke' or to 'unite'. The absolute beauty of yoga is that the lessons learned on your yoga mat can often be used in our day to day lives.

In this beginners course we will explore yoga as a whole. We will dive into the benefits of the poses, breathwork and meditation, whilst providing a friendly and comfortable space for you to meet like minded people.

The course is for beginners and improvers, non-bendy and bendy bodies to come, explore and learn something new in a really relaxed environment.

I have never practiced yoga before, will this course be suitable?
Yes indeedy, this course is designed for you. We will approach all aspects of the course with a beginners mind. All questions will be welcome and valid.
I have an injury
Please reach out to me if you have an injury so we can discuss how we can modify the different elements of the course to suit you.
What will I need to bring?
The studio has mats and blocks, but if you would like to bring your own please feel free to do so. Wear comfy clothes and bring some extra layers for our time in meditation or breathwork. Water or tea - yogi's choice.
Can I pay in instalments?
This is a 6 week course priced at £55, if you are unable to pay in full please reach out and we will see what we can do.
