The word Yoga in Sanskrit translates to 'yoke' or to 'unite'. The absolute beauty of yoga is that the lessons learned on your yoga mat can often be used in our day to day lives.
In this beginners course we will explore yoga as a whole. We will dive into the benefits of the poses, breathwork and meditation, whilst providing a friendly and comfortable space for you to meet like minded people.
The course is for beginners and improvers, non-bendy and bendy bodies to come, explore and learn something new in a really relaxed environment.
